- Ground Beef - 300 grams
- Mushrooms (sliced) - 150 grams
- Cream Cheese - 100 grams
- Heavy Cream - 100 ml
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese - 100 grams
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
- Onion (chopped) - 1 small
- Dried Thyme - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until the mushrooms are browned and have released their moisture, about 5-7 minutes.
- Push the mushroom mixture to the side of the skillet and add ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks, about 5-6 minutes.
- Stir in cream cheese, heavy cream, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
