- 300g beef sirloin - sliced into thin strips
- 200g fresh green beans - trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic - minced
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds - for garnish
Steps
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and the trimmed green beans. Sauté for 5-6 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
