Ingredients

  • Ground beef - 300 grams
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams
  • Cheddar cheese (shredded) - 100 grams
  • Cauliflower florets - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Parmesan cheese (grated) - 30 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the beef, stirring well to combine.
  4. While the beef cooks, steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, steamed cauliflower, cream cheese, and egg. Mix until well combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
