- Cheddar cheese (shredded) - 100 grams
- Cauliflower florets - 200 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Egg - 1 large
- Parmesan cheese (grated) - 30 grams
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the beef, stirring well to combine.
