  • Beef sirloin - 300 grams, thinly sliced
  • Green cabbage - 200 grams, shredded
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free) - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Green onions - 2, chopped for garnish
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef sirloin to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
