  • Heavy cream - 120 ml
  • Shredded cheddar cheese - 100 grams
  • Soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free) - 30 ml
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef sirloin and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
