- Ground beef - 300 grams
- Almond flour - 30 grams
- Grated Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar-free BBQ sauce - 100 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley (chopped) - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 2.5 cm in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the meatballs to keep them moist during baking.
