Ingredients

  • Ground beef - 300 grams
  • Almond flour - 30 grams
  • Grated Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar-free BBQ sauce - 100 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 2.5 cm in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the meatballs to keep them moist during baking.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.
  7. Remove from the oven and brush the meatballs generously with sugar-free BBQ sauce.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
  9. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
