- Almond flour - 120 grams
- Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
- Cream cheese - 50 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (optional)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and fully combined (about 1-2 minutes).
- Add the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to the melted cheese mixture. Mix well until a dough forms.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg and then mix it into the dough until fully incorporated.
- Divide the dough into 2 equal portions and shape each portion into a bagel shape, making a hole in the center.
- Place the shaped bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Optionally, sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
