  • Psyllium husk powder - 15 g
  • Baking powder - 5 g
  • Salt - 2 g
  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 100 g
  • Cream cheese - 30 g
  • Smoked salmon - 100 g
  • Avocado - 1 medium
  • Capers - 10 g
  • Fresh dill - 5 g

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, melt the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese together in the microwave for 30-60 seconds until soft and gooey.
  4. Add the melted cheese to the dry ingredients and mix well, then add the eggs one at a time, mixing until a dough forms.
