Ingredients

  • Erythritol - 2 tablespoons (30g)
  • Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon (2g)
  • Almond flour - 1/4 cup (30g)
  • Butter - 2 tablespoons (28g)
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml)
  • Salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Core and slice the Granny Smith apple into thin wedges and place them in a small baking dish.
