Ingredients

  • Romaine lettuce - 100 grams

  • Cucumber - 50 grams
  • Black olives - 30 grams
  • Green olives - 30 grams
  • Salami - 50 grams
  • Pepperoni - 50 grams
  • Mozzarella balls - 100 grams
  • Parmesan cheese - 20 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Red wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Wash and dry the romaine lettuce, then chop it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.
