  • Pork shoulder - 200 grams, diced
  • Beef chuck - 200 grams, diced
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Onion - 1 medium, chopped
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Carrots - 2 medium, chopped
  • Celery - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Potato - 1 medium, diced
  • Corn - 1 cup, fresh or frozen
  • Green beans - 1 cup, chopped
  • Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
  • Beef broth - 750 milliliters
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Bay leaves - 2
  • Thyme - 1 teaspoon, dried

Steps

  1. In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken, pork, and beef, and brown the meat for about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot, cooking until the onion is translucent, around 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in the chopped carrots, celery, and potato, cooking for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add the corn, green beans, tomato paste, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, bay leaves, and thyme to the pot. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for about 60 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove the bay leaves before serving. Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve hot.
