Ingredients

  • Kale - 2 cups, chopped, stems removed
  • Banana - 1 medium, ripe
  • Apple - 1 medium, cored and chopped
  • Greek yogurt - 1/2 cup
  • Almond milk - 1 cup, unsweetened
  • Chia seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon (optional)
  • Ice cubes - 1 cup

Steps

  1. Wash the kale thoroughly and remove the stems, then chop it into smaller pieces.
  2. In a blender, combine the chopped kale, ripe banana, chopped apple, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and chia seeds.
  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, adding more almond milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
