- Kale - 150 grams, chopped
- Chickpeas - 1 cup, cooked and drained
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Whole grain croutons - 1 cup
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Spread the chickpeas on a baking sheet, drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
