- Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
- Cucumber - 100 grams, diced
- Almonds - 30 grams, sliced
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled (optional)
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- Rinse the quinoa under cold water and cook it in a saucepan with 200 ml of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes or until the quinoa is fluffy and the water is absorbed.
