  • Soy sauce (low sodium) - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion, carrot, and celery, sautéing until softened, about 5 minutes.
