  • Red bell pepper - 1, sliced
  • Green onion - 2, chopped
  • Lettuce - 1 cup, shredded
  • Tortilla wraps - 2 large
  • Avocado - 1, sliced
  • Lime - 1, juiced
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the chicken breast with jerk seasoning, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
  3. Remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into strips.
  4. In a large tortilla wrap, layer the shredded lettuce, sliced red bell pepper, green onion, and avocado. Top with the sliced jerk chicken.
  5. Drizzle lime juice over the filling, then wrap the tortilla tightly around the ingredients.
