- milk - 180 ml
- vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons

- fresh jalapeños - 2, finely chopped
- cheddar cheese - 60 grams, shredded
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and grease a small baking dish (approximately 20cm x 20cm).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cornmeal, all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, and egg until well combined.
