  • Egg - 1 large
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried basil - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Marinara sauce - 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese, sliced - 2 slices
  • Gluten-free hamburger buns - 2
  • Fresh basil leaves - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, gluten-free breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, dried oregano, and dried basil. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into two large patties, about 2-3 cm thick.
