  • Zucchini (thinly sliced) - 1/2 medium
  • Red onion (thinly sliced) - 1/4 medium
  • Cilantro (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, ground flaxseed, olive oil, water, and salt to form a dough.
  3. Press the dough into a 10-inch round pizza crust on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes until slightly golden.
  5. While the crust is baking, in a skillet over medium heat, sauté the red onion in a little olive oil until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
