- Gluten-free cream of mushroom soup - 1 cup
- Shredded cheddar cheese - 100 grams
- Sour cream - 100 grams
- Butter - 30 grams
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Chopped green onions - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Peel and slice the Idaho potatoes into thin rounds of about 0.5 cm thickness.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish, then spread half of the soup mixture over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, soup mixture, and cheese.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
