Steps

  1. Soak the tepary beans in water overnight. Drain and rinse before cooking.
  2. In a pot, cover the soaked beans with fresh water and simmer for about 1 hour or until tender. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, eggs, olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Wrap in plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes.
