- Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
- Dried fruit (raisins or cranberries) - 1/4 cup
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped walnuts, ground cinnamon, and salt.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
