  • Salmon fillets - 2 (about 150g each)
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet, skin side down.
  4. Brush the honey mustard mixture generously over the top of each salmon fillet.
