Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, mix together the honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Add the carrot sticks to the bowl and toss them thoroughly in the honey mustard mixture until they are evenly coated.
- Spread the coated carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
