  • Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon, chopped (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Add the carrot sticks to the bowl and toss them thoroughly in the honey mustard mixture until they are evenly coated.
