- Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon (15 ml)
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon (15 ml)
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 grams)
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 grams)
- Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped (optional for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a small bowl, mix together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are evenly coated. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Transfer the marinated chicken to a baking dish and pour any remaining marinade over the top.
