  • Sweet Potatoes - 200 grams, peeled and diced into 1-inch cubes
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh Rosemary - 1 teaspoon, chopped
  • Ground Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ground Nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Water - 1/4 cup

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the carrots and sweet potatoes.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, olive oil, rosemary, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and black pepper.
