- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Ground Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ground Nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh Thyme - 1 teaspoon, chopped
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Water - 100 ml
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced carrots and diced sweet potatoes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the honey mixture over the vegetables, tossing to coat evenly.
- Add water to the bottom of a baking dish, then transfer the coated vegetables into the dish.
