  • Sweet Potatoes - 200 grams, peeled and diced
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ground Nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh Thyme - 1 teaspoon, chopped
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Water - 100 ml

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced carrots and diced sweet potatoes.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the honey mixture over the vegetables, tossing to coat evenly.
