- chicken wings - 500 grams
- honey - 60 ml
- soy sauce (kosher) - 30 ml
- garlic (minced) - 3 cloves
- ginger (minced) - 1 teaspoon
- olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- black pepper - 1 teaspoon
- sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- green onions (sliced) - 2 for garnish
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, olive oil, and black pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
