  • chicken wings - 500 grams
  • honey - 60 ml
  • soy sauce (kosher) - 30 ml
  • garlic (minced) - 3 cloves
  • ginger (minced) - 1 teaspoon
  • olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • black pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • green onions (sliced) - 2 for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, olive oil, and black pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
