Steps
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture. Wrap it in a clean towel and place a heavy object on top.
- While the tofu is pressing, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to create the marinade.
- Once pressed, cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes and toss them in cornstarch until evenly coated.
