Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.
- While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, prepare the honey garlic sauce by mixing honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce in a small bowl.
