- honey - 60 grams
- vegetable oil - 30 milliliters
- large egg - 1
- milk - 60 milliliters
- vanilla extract - 5 milliliters
- chopped walnuts (optional) - 30 grams
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the honey, vegetable oil, egg, milk, and vanilla extract, whisking until well mixed.
