  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, BBQ sauce, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat and add olive oil to prevent sticking.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess sauce to drip off, and place it on the hot grill.
