  • Whey protein powder - 30 grams
  • Coconut sugar - 30 grams
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Coconut oil - 30 grams (melted)
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, whey protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, coconut sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  5. Using your hands, roll the dough into small balls, about 2 tablespoons each, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
