- Coconut sugar - 30 grams

- Coconut oil - 30 grams (melted)
- Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, whey protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, coconut sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
