  • Fresh thyme, chopped - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Clean the wild mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove any dirt and slice them if they are large.
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  4. Add the cleaned mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they begin to brown and release their moisture.
