  • Balsamic vinegar - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Whole grain bread - 4 slices
  • Feta cheese (optional) - 30g

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds and place them in a mixing bowl.
