  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Carrots - 2 medium, sliced
  • Celery - 2 stalks, sliced
  • Onion - 1 medium, chopped
  • Bone broth - 250 ml
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large oven-safe skillet or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
