Steps

  1. Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into 1-inch thick slices.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, chopped parsley, chopped basil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
