Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs - 4 pieces (about 500g)
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Fresh rosemary - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Fresh thyme - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them well with the herb mixture. Cover and marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge for more flavor).
