  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Wooden skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Steps

  1. Cut the chicken breast into 2.5 cm cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, black pepper, chopped parsley, and lemon juice to create the marinade.

  4. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked wooden skewers, leaving a bit of space between each piece.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  7. Remove from the grill and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
