- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Wooden skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- Cut the chicken breast into 2.5 cm cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, black pepper, chopped parsley, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken cubes and mix well to ensure all pieces are coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
