- Lemon - 1, juiced
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, chopped thyme, chopped rosemary, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the chicken breast in a baking dish and pour half of the herb mixture over it, ensuring the chicken is well coated.
- Trim the woody ends off the asparagus and add it to the same baking dish, drizzling the remaining herb mixture over the asparagus.
- Toss the asparagus lightly to coat and arrange everything in a single layer.
