Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 300 grams, cut into florets
  • Heavy cream - 120 ml
  • Cream cheese - 50 grams, softened
  • Cheddar cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the cauliflower florets. Blanch for about 5 minutes until slightly tender, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, thyme, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Add half of the shredded cheddar cheese to the cream mixture and stir to combine.
  5. In a greased baking dish, layer the blanched cauliflower and pour the cream mixture over it, ensuring all the florets are coated.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and the grated Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
