- Heavy cream - 120 ml
- Cream cheese - 50 grams, softened
- Cheddar cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the cauliflower florets. Blanch for about 5 minutes until slightly tender, then drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, thyme, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Add half of the shredded cheddar cheese to the cream mixture and stir to combine.
