- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash and scrub the Yukon Gold potatoes, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the cut potatoes to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the herb mixture.
- Spread the potatoes out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
