- Chicken thighs - 4 pieces (about 500g)
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh rosemary - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Fresh thyme - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Place the marinated chicken thighs in a baking dish and add small dollops of butter on top of each piece.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is golden brown.
