Ingredients

  • Tilapia fillets - 2 (about 200g each)
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Fresh chives - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Panko breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the chopped parsley, dill, chives, garlic powder, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the olive oil to the herb mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Place the tilapia fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spread the herb mixture evenly over the top of each tilapia fillet.
  6. Sprinkle the panko breadcrumbs over the herb-covered fillets, pressing gently to adhere.
