- Tilapia fillets - 2 (about 200g each)
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Fresh chives - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Panko breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a small bowl, combine the chopped parsley, dill, chives, garlic powder, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the olive oil to the herb mixture and stir until well combined.
- Place the tilapia fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the herb mixture evenly over the top of each tilapia fillet.
- Sprinkle the panko breadcrumbs over the herb-covered fillets, pressing gently to adhere.
