Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets - 2 x 150g
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Fresh thyme - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Panko breadcrumbs - 1/4 cup

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the chopped parsley, dill, thyme, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create the herb mixture.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
