- Tomato sauce - 100 grams
- Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
- Pineapple chunks - 100 grams, drained
- Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Fresh spinach - 50 grams
- Black olives - 50 grams, sliced
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness (about 1/2 cm thick).
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the surface of the dough with olive oil to keep it moist during baking.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving about a 1 cm border around the edges.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Evenly distribute the pineapple chunks, sliced red bell pepper, sliced red onion, and fresh spinach over the cheese.
- Add the sliced black olives on top of the veggies.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the toppings.
- Season with dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before slicing.
