Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
  • Pineapple chunks - 100 grams, drained
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Fresh spinach - 50 grams
  • Black olives - 50 grams, sliced
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness (about 1/2 cm thick).
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the surface of the dough with olive oil to keep it moist during baking.
  5. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving about a 1 cm border around the edges.
  6. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  7. Evenly distribute the pineapple chunks, sliced red bell pepper, sliced red onion, and fresh spinach over the cheese.
  8. Add the sliced black olives on top of the veggies.
  9. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the toppings.
  10. Season with dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  12. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before slicing.
