Ingredients

  • Teriyaki sauce - 60 milliliters
  • Pineapple rings (fresh or canned) - 2 pieces
  • Whole wheat burger buns - 2 pieces
  • Lettuce leaves (romaine or iceberg) - 2 pieces
  • Avocado - 1/2 piece
  • Red onion (sliced) - 1/4 medium
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with half of the teriyaki sauce, salt, and black pepper. Form into two patties.
