  • Cooked ham, diced - 100g
  • Fresh pineapple, diced - 100g
  • Red onion, thinly sliced - 1/4 medium
  • Bell pepper, thinly sliced - 1/2 medium
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh basil leaves, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Brush the gluten-free pizza crust with olive oil and place it on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
