  • Red chili flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (1g)
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons (finely chopped)
  • Whole grain bread - 4 slices

Steps

  1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and gently add the eggs. Boil for 9-10 minutes for hard-boiled eggs.
  2. Once boiled, transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool for 5 minutes. Peel the eggs and set them aside.
