- Cumin - 1 teaspoon

- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Lettuce - 1 cup, shredded
- Tomato - 1 medium, diced
- Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Lime - 1, juiced
- Sour cream - 4 tablespoons
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the shrimp with garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly and let marinate for 10 minutes.
- While the shrimp is marinating, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the corn tortillas one at a time, cooking each for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the marinated shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove from heat.
- To assemble, place a crispy tortilla on a plate, layer with shredded lettuce, then top with shrimp, diced tomato, avocado slices, and chopped cilantro.
- Drizzle lime juice over the top and add a dollop of sour cream before serving.
